A style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. We build upon basic yoga poses to target specific muscle groups while maintaining safe alignment to reduce the risk of injuries. This class builds strength and balance physical and mentally; some meditation techniques will be introduced. All levels welcome.
