This class incorporates dynamic warm-ups, running intervals, and lower body strength training to improve muscular and cardiovascular endurance. The class is designed to cover varying distances outdoors but will be adjusted accordingly due to weather. Stroller age children who can remain in the stroller for the duration of the class are welcome. If you are training for your first 5K or are tired of putting in those miles by yourself, this is the class for you!
