Register Now!Mindful sketching is an inward process that draws on innate creativity while developing a healthy habit of observing oneself in the present moment. In addition to teaching mindfulness, this 3-week course will go further in-depth by teaching artistic fundamentals at length, as well as the importance of cultivating mental flexibility within a creative space.

When you are at the registration page:
