Join us Wednesday, May 6th for the first week of this years Strong B.A.N.D.S initiative! The first week highlights Balance, join us for a Stretch and Mobility Session at the Fitness Center. Focusing on flexibility, recovery, and injury prevention. This is a self-paced class for all fitness levels.
