The Fort Hamilton MWR Sports & Fitness Center is hosting its Annual Weight Loss Program, Full Force as a springboard into those summer bodies. This three-month program will motivate you to change your life with the assistance of the Fitness Coordinator. Available nutrition guidance. Program cab be an option training towards the Civilian Fitness Program.
- Duration of Program: June 1st - August 31st, 2017.
- Award for participants who have lost the lost weight.
