The Fort Hamilton MWR Sports & Fitness Center is hosting its Annual Weight Loss Program, Full Force as a springboard into those summer bodies. This three-month program will motivate you to change your life with the assistance of the Fitness Coordinator. Available nutrition guidance. Program cab be an option training towards the Civilian Fitness Program.

  • Duration of Program: June 1st - August 31st, 2017. 
  • Award for participants who have lost the lost weight.

Registration is open to military members, their families, DoD civilian and retirees upon availability. Registration closes June 1st, 2017. Call 718.630.4830/4793 for guidance after June 1st, 2017.
