Indoor Cycling commonly called spinning, cycling involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. This fun, challenging activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity, and recovery. All bikes have cages (for tennis shoes) and SD clips (for cycling shoes).
A style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. We build upon basic yoga poses to target specific muscle groups while maintaining safe alignment to reduce the risk of injuries. This class builds strength and balance physical and mentally; some meditation techniques will be introduced. All levels welcome.

Boxing is a 1 hour circuit-based boxing class including shadowboxing, jumping rope, heavy bag combinations, speed bag, mitt work, defensive movement, strength training, ladder cardiovascular and agility drills, bodyweight exercises, etc. There will be no sparring or combat conducted in class.
Boxing gloves and hand wraps are required to participate in class, while mouthpieces are optional. Personal water and towels are also required for proper hydration in class. Prior to taking the class, each member is recommended to check with their healthcare professional for medical clearance to prevent risks of injury during class.
