The Fort Hamilton FMWR Sports & Fitness Center is hosting its Annual Weight Loss Program, Full Force as a springboard into those Fitness goals. This three-month program will motivate you to change your life with the assistance of the Fitness Coordinator. Available nutritional guidance. Program can be an option training goal towards OPAT and the Civilian Fitness Program.

  • Award for participants who have achieved there goal weight.
  • Duration: June 1st - August 30th, 2018
