Functional Strength combines mobility, movement, and strength through the use of bodyweight and free weight exercise drills. The class is available for all levels with modifiable exercise and technique emphasizing unilateral and bilateral strength.  The exercise drills focus on the development of functional fitness through the primal movement patterns including the squat, lunge, bend, push, pull, twist, and gait.
